Wild & Holy Sophia Embodied Yoga + Meditation Retreat
NOVEMBER 9 - 14, 2018 | Oaxaca, Mexico
I learned that I could be both wild and holy. ~Ana Forest
Awaken the divine feminine through sensuous wholeness in Oaxaca, Mexico.
The art of feminine wholeness is about embodiment and sensual delight.
We are both wild and holy and the freedom we seek as women depends on our ability to rest and trust in our own original essence.
Drawing from the technologies of love found in ancient tantric wisdom and mystical christianity, we will explore what it means to be embodied in wild and holy ways as women.
Oaxaca, Mexico will be the perfect backdrop to experience the sensual healing power of our five senses.
We'll take a journey through the main energy centers of the body (the chakras in yogic study) to understand what blocks our experience of wholeness and freedom on an energetic level.
Every morning you'll be guided through yoga, breathwork and key meditations to help you gently dissolve limiting beliefs and thought patterns held in the body.
You'll leave the Wild & Holy Sophia Embodied Yoga retreat feeling more connected to your body and soul, able to rest and trust in your own wild and holy femininity.

"My life completely changed on that first retreat and I've since attended another. Sophia Retreats are something I've decided to make a priority in my life because they enable me to heal and not feel alone on my inner work journey. I've started to experience true and deep joy, peace and acceptance for the first time in my life thanks to Morgan's work. My sexuality and womanhood has become a point of celebration instead of pain. I am forever changed and forever grateful."
